Miguel is the Director at Turismo de Ronda, and a results driven professional with a proven track record of working in the hospitality-tourism industry with over 11 years of experience within the international marketing industry.

Miguel has a huge depth knowledge of the markets EMEA, CIS, Russia, USA, Europe, and a wide-ranging skills in the fields of both communication and management in terms of Business Travel.

Monica Balli is the Planner and Founder at Monica Balli Events and also is a Tuscan foods specialist and trainer. 

Also specialising in catering, destination events, b2b events consulting, marketing and has a VR and tech start up for the hospitality and events industry.

John received an award for Lifetime Achievement at the 2009 Agent Achievements Awards. He was elected chairman of ABTA from 2009–2013.
