Frequently Asked Questions

Journeys creates tailored business events for the luxury travel industry, bringing together carefully selected buyers and suppliers through pre-scheduled one-to-one meetings and shared destination experiences. Our philosophy is simple: shared experiences create memories, memories build trust, and trust leads to business.

Journeys runs a portfolio of in-person and digital events connecting luxury travel buyers and suppliers in different markets and destinations throughout the year. Our programme evolves as we develop new destinations and partnerships, so please visit our Events page for the current Journeys portfolio, dates and destinations. Visit https://www.journeys.global/events to find all our events.

Journeys on the Beach is our annual invitation-only lunch in Cannes during ILTM week, bringing together a select group of luxury travel buyers, suppliers and industry partners in a relaxed beachfront setting.Unlike our main in-person Journeys events, Journeys on the Beach does not include pre-scheduled Fam-Meetings. It is an opportunity to step away from the exhibition floor, spend time with our global travel community and build relationships in a more informal setting.

Journeys Digital brings the Journeys one-to-one business meeting format online, connecting luxury travel buyers and suppliers across different markets and time zones.Unlike our in-person editions, meetings are requested and accepted directly through the event platform, allowing participants to build their own meeting diaries.Confirmed participants receive full guidance on the platform and meeting process before the event.

The first date shown for a Journeys event is your arrival day and the final date is your departure day. The programme will usually begin on the evening of the first day with a welcome reception or opening event. For example, if an event is listed as 11–14 November, you should plan to arrive on 11 November in time for the opening event. 14 November is the departure day.Exact timings vary, so please refer to the information for your specific event before making your travel arrangements.

The Fam-Meet® way is at the heart of Journeys. We combine focused one-to-one business meetings with shared experiences that allow buyers and suppliers to connect beyond the meeting table.Rather than spending the entire event in a conventional conference environment, delegates experience the destination together, creating natural opportunities for conversations and relationships to develop.Shared experiences create memories. Memories build trust. Trust leads to business.Read more about the Fam-Meet® way.

Journeys is deliberately intimate, curated and relationship-led.Our events combine one-to-one business meetings with destination experiences, meals and informal time together. The aim is not simply to maximise the number of appointments, but to create the conditions for meaningful conversations and long-term business relationships.
