What Happens When You Take Business Off the Track?
After the hills of Ombria and the Atlantic setting of VILA VITA Parc, Journeys Algarve 2026 is about to change gear.
Quite literally.

Our next stop is the Algarve International Circuit, where our buyers and suppliers will leave the traditional meeting environment behind for an afternoon of shared experiences, some friendly competition and, later, dinner together.
Why take a group of luxury travel professionals to a racing circuit?
Because this is where the idea behind Fam-Meetings really comes into its own.
Put people in a different environment and something changes
There is a particular dynamic to a scheduled business meeting. You have a set amount of time, you introduce yourself, you talk about your business and you establish whether there is an opportunity to work together.

That matters. It is why carefully selected one-to-one meetings remain at the heart of every Journeys event.
But relationships don't always develop around a table.
Put those same people into a completely different environment and the conversation changes.
People laugh. Personalities emerge. The formality disappears. And very often, the person you met across a meeting table a few hours earlier becomes someone you genuinely get to know.
That is exactly what we want to happen.
A little competition doesn't hurt either
At the Algarve International Circuit, our Journeys community will have the opportunity to experience one of the region's most unexpected attractions — including time on the karting track.

There will undoubtedly be some competitive spirits among us.
But whether someone is determined to set the fastest lap or is considerably happier watching from the sidelines, the point isn't really the racing.
It is the shared experience.
Those moments create stories, conversations and memories. And they give people something in common that goes beyond the usual exchange of business cards.
This is what we mean by Fam-Meetings
When we created the Fam-Meetings format, the idea was never to fill every available hour with appointments.
It was to combine serious business with experiences that help people connect differently.
The meeting creates the opportunity.
The experience helps build the relationship.

And when you put the two together, something much more valuable can happen.
Our day at the Algarve International Circuit will finish with dinner together — another opportunity to continue the conversations that began in meetings, developed on the track and, we hope, will continue long after everyone has returned home.
Because sometimes the best way to move business forward is to get away from the meeting table altogether.
Next stop on our Algarve journey: Faro.
