Nicoletta Pilardi is the Head of Sales for Journeys, leading commercial strategy and partner relations across the globe with a focus on the high-end travel sector. A second-generation hotelier and proud Italian, Nicoletta brings over 25 years of international experience in luxury hospitality — spanning hotel operations, global sales, and marketing for some of the world’s most iconic brands.
Her career has included senior leadership roles at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, St. Regis, The Dorchester, Hotel Bel-Air, The Excelsior in Rome, and Lotte New York Palace, where she opened the European sales office. Her portfolio has covered every major luxury market across the UK, Europe, the US, and the Middle East, and she’s played a key role in launching new properties, growing global accounts, and establishing luxury brands within the ultra-competitive travel landscape.
In 2010, Nicoletta founded NP Collection, her own boutique representation agency, offering tailored sales and marketing support to independent hotels, villas, and private estates around the world. In 2023, she joined Journeys to help drive growth in the high-end segment and develop commercial partnerships that align with the company’s vision of creating memorable, experience-led events that build trust and deliver results.
Nicoletta is known for her intuitive sales approach, industry insight, and longstanding relationships with top luxury buyers and tour operators. Her belief in human connection, excellence, and authenticity mirrors everything Journeys stands for.
When she’s not connecting people or closing deals, Nicoletta is often outdoors — golfing, skiing, practising karate, or travelling with her family in search of beauty, culture, and a great glass of wine.
