Back to Balance: A Warm Return to Lucia Magnani Health Clinic

Back at Lucia Magnani Health Clinic, I was reminded just how powerful a truly considered welcome can be.

From the moment I arrived, everything felt intentional. In my suite, a beautifully curated selection awaited me: a soft Jim tracksuit and T-shirt, Castrocaro Thermo Mod facial serum and hand cream, alongside exquisite Lucia Magnani skincare products for the face. Not gifts for the sake of it, but thoughtful touches that immediately invite you to slow down and settle into the Long Life Formula philosophy.

The suite itself is exceptional – elegant, calming, and designed for deep rest. It sets the tone perfectly for what this place represents: balance, care, and longevity, delivered quietly and with confidence.

Lunch was nothing short of divine at Via Roma 2. I began with artichokes, beautifully prepared and full of flavour. This was followed by fish so perfectly cooked that I completely forgot to take a photograph – it arrived, and I simply couldn’t wait.

The meal concluded with integral rigatoni, light yet satisfying, and precisely calibrated to achieve the ideal balance of carbohydrates, protein, and fibre. This is food that nourishes, energises, and supports longevity, without ever feeling restrictive.

The afternoon continued with a wonderful massage by Vito, whose expertise and intuitive approach left me feeling completely reset. And now, as I write this, I’m immersed in the thermal springs of the clinic itself, letting the warm waters work their quiet magic.

Later today, I’ll be meeting Lucia Magnani herself, along with representatives from the region. This visit marks the beginning of my site inspection ahead of Journeys Italy 2026, which will take place here in Castrocaro, Imola and across Emilia-Romagna.
