North America, here we come!

After the successful delivery of Journeys in London last April, all eyes are now on North America where Journeys will disembark from 25-27 September to bring together global representatives of luxury product with top 40 luxury travel agencies, responsible for over $400.000.000 in travel spend.



The host cities for the very first edition of Journeys in North America are major luxury travel hubs New York and Toronto, home to some of the biggest and most influential travel agencies in the world.


The programme will be held in New York on the 25th September, where participating suppliers will first conduct up to 15 one-to-one meetings with the top 20 advisors in the city that never sleeps, and on the 27th September in Toronto for another day of meetings and networking with 20 local high-end travel buyers.



Journeys in North America will feature over 30 one-to-one meetings, taking place at iconic venues such as Friends-like Apartment at The Hoxton in Williamsburg, the coolest and most trendy neighbourhood in Brooklyn, or natural wonders such as Niagara Falls.


As an aid to facilitate networking and boost engagement, activities such as helicopter and sky wheel rides, bowling, walking tours or exclusive views of the Falls will be brought in, ensuring a truly unique experience for both locals and visitors.



Journeys’ approach to business further revolutionises networking formulas oriented to facilitate human interaction in the travel space by turning the concept of the traditional FAM trip around, making the buyers become hosts of an unforgettable trip and treating suppliers as guests who are looking to doing business with the people who matter in the destination while experiencing all it has to offer.



This new take on relationship building in business, born with the concept of connecting senior executives while building memories and establishing trust, has been trademarked as the FAM-Meet® way and its effectiveness has been already proven in a number of occasions at past events run by Journeys in Costa del Sol and London.
