Micaela Giacobbe, Founder & CEO of Journeys Global Group, welcomed attendees alongside Adam Munday, General Manager of Mondrian & Hyde Ibiza, and Juan Miguel Costa, Director Insular de Turismo for the Consell d’Eivissa. Over Mediterranean-inspired dishes and ocean breezes, Mari Di Pilato, Sales & Revenue Director, extended a warm welcome, inviting guests to discover the hotel’s calm and contemporary charm. Guests enjoyed a fabulous paella, served family-style — the perfect embodiment of Ibiza’s laid-back hospitality. The afternoon led guests north to Cala San Miguel Ibiza Resort, part of the Curio Collection by Hilton, where meetings continued amid views of turquoise coves and pine-covered hills.

As the sun set, the evening reception on El Paseo Terrace became a highlight, with General Manager Vanessa Regueira and Nuria Moreno, President of Ibiza Luxury Destination, welcoming guests to a night of connection and celebration. During the reception, Marcos Canas from Paloseco, Journeys’ premium gin sponsor, took to the stage to share the story behind one of Spain’s finest gins — a spirit best enjoyed palo seco (neat), just as the name suggests. Guests savoured Paloseco’s refined character as the evening unfolded in an atmosphere of warmth, elegance, and Ibizan charm.

Theatre and Creativity in the Heart of Ibiza Town

The following morning unfolded in the historic Pereyra Theatre, a cultural landmark in Ibiza Town that has been a hub of music, art, and performance since the late 19th century. Originally opened in 1899, the theatre has long been a gathering place for creative minds and international talent — making it a fitting venue for Journeys’ dynamic one-to-one meetings. Here, Carlos Sisamón welcomed attendees to another day of curated connections — a vibrant exchange of ideas in a space that truly reflects the island’s artistic soul.

A Finale in True Ibiza Style

The journey concluded in signature fashion at Destino Five Ibiza, part of the Pacha Group, where guests gathered for a White Party that embodied the essence of the island. Dressed head-to-toe in white, delegates celebrated under the stars with dinner, music, and the unmistakable Pacha energy. With remarks from Naroa Kalina, Head of MICE & Leisure for Pacha & Five Group, the evening unfolded in an atmosphere of elegance, energy, and pure celebration — culminating with everyone dancing the night away at TOX Club, part of the Destino Five complex.
